Diversity in the DMV is a conference designed for high school students who are interested in exploring more deeply the principles of diversity, equity, and justice.  Last year's conference, affectionately known as "The DMV," was met with great success for the over 200 student leaders who gathered.  The conference is led by Rodney Glasgow, Chair of the NAIS Student Diversity Leadership Conference and Chair of the National Diversity Directors Institute, as well as Head of Middle School and Chief Diversity Officer at St. Andrew's Episcopal School.

In addition to the student program, adult chaperones will have the opportunity to attend a workshop at the same time led by some of the faculty from the National Diversity Practitioners Institute.

The conference is $55 per student and $55 per adult participant.  This covers a continental breakfast as well as lunch.

Diversity in the DMV is proud to be offered by The Center for Transformative Teaching and Learning at St. Andrew's Episcopal School.
